• 3809 gel provides a “wet” look top coat finish
• also used as a a low tack glitter base for a “dry-look” or hand dipped effect
• also used as a clear carrier/adhesive for PVC or glass caviar beads.

Tips:
> spot dry, with a very low after flash tack
> printed right from the container without modification
> do not print product wet-on-wet
