Optilux® Reflect Ink w/ 100 coupler

Optilux® 507 Enhanced Reflective Plastisol Ink is a two-part, retro- reflective ink containing light-reflecting microspheres and metallic flakes. Print exposed to a beam of light reflects light. It appears as a metallic silver shimmer ink under normal light.

Optilux® 507  must be mixed with Optilux® Coupler 100 before printing for the wash and wear durability. The mix ratios by weight is: 20 grams of ink to 1 gram of Optilux® Coupler 100. The useful life of the resulting ink is 8 to 12 hours.

Shell nylon or very tightly woven fabric and bleeding fabrics are not suitable for this ink, however cotton and some cotton/polyester blends should prove better choices. The best choice will be to use a 110 t/in (43 t/cm) monofilament screen with one flood stroke and one print stroke.
